Karen Osborne - Chiropractic Assistant

My name is Karen, I have been working at Complete Chiropractic in Chelmsford for approximately 5 years.

Initially I was attracted to this job because of my interest and qualifications in reception work. I learnt very quickly that being a CA was more than merely reception work. This is a vocation that encompasses the well-being of myself, my family and the patients alike.

I am regularly treated for a recurring neck problem that Paul (Dr Irvine) tells me is aggravated by poor posture. I know he is right but it takes time to rectify years of curling up on the couch at night!

My husband has seen the greatest benefits. He is an ageing sportsman who takes up a new sport every year or so! On a serious note, he tells me that Chiropractic care has improved his mobility, balance and flexibility to the point where he is able to play tennis twice a week after years of back pain that would previously have excluded this past time. Compare this with his tennis coach (a man ten years younger) who is regularly absent complaining of a sore back and fatigue.
